CURRENT PRACTICES
​We currently have two swim groups:
8:00 - 9:30 am
9:30 - 10:30am
10:30 - 11:00am This is not a workout group, just extra time for swim club members.

COACHING
8:00am group swims the posted workout as a group. Different time intervals are used if needed. 
Monday: Alanna (from deck)
Wednesday: Joanne (from water)
Friday: Samantha (from water)

9:30am group has coaching on Deck and in the water with each lane swimming at their own pace.
