SWIM NEWS
With over half of our club seeking cooler weather for the summer, we look forward to their return in the fall.
Practices during the summer on going.
We still have two groups 8:00 and 9:30 am.
There is no coach on deck but 8:00am group is still posting a workout that everyone does together. 9:30 is using posted workout or modifying the 8:00 workout.
